Balance Sheet AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that provides automated document formatting and generation capabilities. The Service enables users to input financial data and generate formatted balance sheet documents in PDF format.

All documents generated by the Service are unaudited, self-prepared statements based solely on information provided by you. The accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your input.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will not use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
• You understand that the generated documents are unaudited and may require professional review
• You will consult with qualified professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors) before using generated documents for official purposes including but not limited to: visa applications, loan applications, tax filings, or regulatory submissions

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Warranties that the generated documents will be accepted by any third party, government agency, or financial institution
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Denial of visa applications or immigration petitions
• Rejection of loan or credit applications
• Any adverse action by government agencies or regulatory bodies
• Legal or professional fees incurred
• Any other economic or non-economic damages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input and the resulting generated documents for your personal or business use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
